Introduction: | We will begin by looking at the rubric and then the notes page, to focus student thoughts, ideas, research. |

Practice: | Students work alone or in groups to take notes/answer essential questions, and then to present that information in the format of their choice. |

Checking For Understanding: | Check artifacts along the way (as they are created) and pose additional questions to students. |
Closure: | After presentations, metacognitive sheet: How did you decide on a group? Why did you choose a given mode of presentation? What would you change after seeing other presentations. What similarities exist between the presentations and their subjects (performers). |
