Goals:
 The students will be able arrange the steps on how to brush their teeth in sequential order.
Objectives:
 * The student will begin to know how to brush their teeth by placing pictures/objects on how to brush your teeth in sequential order. * The student will show the sequential order of brushing your teeth with pictures.
Materials:
 * Sequence cards/objects for the step in brushing your teeth (1. Get your toothbrush and tooth paste, 2. Put your toothpaste on your toothbrush, 3. Floss your teeth, 4. See your beautiful smile). * Sequence pictures for each child * Sentence strip
Introduction:
 This month is Dental Health month. So it is important that we learn about taking care of our teeth. That means we need to brush our teeth everyday to keep them healthy. What items do you think that we need to use to brush our teeth?
Development:
 The teacher will show the students the sequence cards (1. Get your toothbrush and tooth paste, 2. Put your toothpaste on your toothbrush, 3. Floss your teeth, 4. See your beautiful smile) and place them in the correct sequential order.
Practice:
 The teacher will hand four students a the sequence card (1. Get your toothbrush and tooth paste, 2. Put your toothpaste on your toothbrush, 3. Floss your teeth, 4. See your beautiful smile)in the correct order. They will need to come up and place them in the correct order that we need to complete to brush our teeth. We will discuss what we need to do first and last in the sequence of events.
Accommodations:
 * Students will be grouped heterogeneously so that they can help one another during group time activity. * Student will be guided by the teacher during individual practice.
Checking For Understanding:
 Teacher will see if students have placed their pictures in sequential order.
Closure:
 The student will state one item that you need when brushing your teeth.
Evaluation:
 * Have students in small groups place the picture cards/objects in sequential order. * Walk around the room and see if students glued their pictures in the correct order.
