Content:
 Teach the children the 5 WH questions. Using a question mark. What is a question mark? How to answer the Wh questions? Understanding the WH questions.
Goals:
 Teach the child the WH questions. How and when to use a question mark? How to answer Wh questions? Understanding the Wh questions.
Objectives:
 Learning the 5 Wh questions. How and when to use a question mark? How to answer the WH questions? Understanding the WH questions.
Materials:
 The kids will need poster board as the cover. A duotang. Construction paper. Writing paper for primary kids. Glue, pencil, pencil crayons.
Introduction:
 We're going to learn all about you. You get to make a booklette with pictures that tells us all the interesting and exciting things about yourself. We are going to do this while we learn about using the WH questions. I can't wait to learn more about you little people.
Development:
 Today we're going to be learning the WH questions. It's going to be fun and interesting because we will get to know all about you. We're going to make a book all about you. You can make pictures using pencil crayons and glue them into your book. Your going the learn 5 questions, who, what, why, when and where.
Practice:
 You'll be practicing answering these questions in your book about you. There will be many questions to answer about yourself for every Wh question. I'll supply some questions, then you can come up with some of your own.
Accommodations:
 Having trouble answering the questions, ask a fellow classmate for help. Ask teacher if having problems. I had to assist my grade 1 daughter on her sentences.
Checking For Understanding:
 I was able to asses if they were learning through the activity they did in the work book. They're answers and the questions they asked were good feedback.
Closure:
 The end will be the finished book about them. We will go over the the important concepts. Such as understanding questions. Answering questions. Writing out a question. Asking them what they thought they learned.
Evaluation:
 I will asess the kids progress will they do their activity. I will work through it with them. I will be able to look at the final outcome of their little book, to see how they did.
