Topic:
Today's topic is about confidence. Confidence is all about believing in yourself. If you are confident, then you believer you will do the goal you are planning to achieve but if you are not it means you are completely useless!
Content:
The reason we are learning about this today is some people need to build up their confidence and feel better in themselves which will reflect onto others.
Goals:
Our aim today might sound silly but it is certainly not. You will be saying good things and bad things about yourself. Also there will be a role play.
Objectives:
Objectives: 1. To say 5 or more good things about yourself and say it clearly with confidence. 2. To say 5 bad things about yourself but be confident you will stop them or try to improve them. 3. To have a good moral in the role play.
Materials:

Introduction:
So... 5 good things! will everyone write that on a piece of paper to begin with and then from the back we will say them nice and clearly. By the way this is not boasting, it is just making yourself a confident person!
Development:
Ok... So secondly 5 bad things and don't be too dramatic! It can be sports or a subject in school. Its only your choice and by the way that means 5 at the most for you people that aren't that confident.
Practice:
Right so we have all done that and we are feeling good about ourselves right? I cant hear you! Good! So now make up a role play with a confident person and a person thats not so confident but there has to be a moral ok? So im giving you 10 minutes! Go!
Accommodations:
Thank you for watching my PSHE lesson. I know I am only a student but the reason I done this is because I have seen people who are very confident and people who need to boost their confidence!
Checking For Understanding:
So what are we all going to be from now on? That's right more confident and next time i see you i want to hear ways of being confident or keeping the confidence level up!
Closure:
I will see you in a weeks time ok bye!
