Goals: | -Successfully deliver oral and written presentation based off of cohesive research component. -Effectively plan, budget and organize for food preparation projects out of the classroom. -Begin to identify cultural components in the realm of fine arts. -Work successfully as part of a cooperative learning environment, and contribute e to the successful execution of team challenges. |
Objectives: | Remembering-students will be able to recall the name, country of origin and cultural influences (especially related to cuisine and agriculture) of their selected work of art. Understanding- students will be able to understand how different foods work together and alter due to variation in the cooking method or production process. |
