 to teach how to fold a paper airplane as well as evaluate how well people can follow instructions
Objectives:
 S- Fold an airplane M - Throw it to see how far A - Very Simple so it is R - Geometry which is a basic math T - Give them a set time (2-5 Minutes)
Materials:
 paper, Maybe Video
Introduction:
 (5 Minutes) Today Were going to learn about geometry in its simpilist form. Today We will be using shaped folds to create a unique paper airplane.
Development:
 (10 Minutes) Explain how to create a paper airplane 1.Fold in half 2.Unfold paper 3.Fold corner into triangle toward the middle fold 4.Refold paper down the middle 5. fold half the sides down to make wings 6. Test the results
Practice:
 (15 Minutes) Allow students to try and make there own in groups and see if they are able to. Help if needed
Accommodations:
 (Ongoing) Show them hands on, or in person how to fold it, don't just explain it.
Checking For Understanding:
 (Ongoing) Walk around during independent practice and see if they are making a decent or similar airplane.
Closure:
 (5 Minutes) This teaches right angles and geometry at its most basic level and how you need it to better describe the world around you
Evaluation:
 (Ongoing) Throw plan, see how far it flies mark dependent on if it worked

 Change instruction if Children had difficulty Following. Change how you mark depending on if most planes fly or not. Start with a more hands on / visual approach if most people need more clarification after
