 - Locate Track Changes on the Microsoft Word menu bar. - Activate Track Changes. - Accomplish basic Track Changes functions: turn Track Changes on or off, insert or delete text and comments, accept or reject changes. - Demonstrate willingness to use Track Changes in future projects.
Materials:
 - A lab with a individual computer for every student. - Computers should have Microsoft Office Word 2016 installed. - Projector and Projector Screen.
Introduction:
 - Explain that Track Changes feature is a convenient Microsoft Word tool used for tracking changes when working in a shared document. - Emphasize the benefit that it visually displays suggested changes without permanently overwriting any text. - Section length: 2 minutes.
Development:
 - Provide a step-by-step instructions during the presentation, explaining the reason behind every action. - Demonstrate the work on the sample document through projecting the computer screen as the example is being developed. - Section length: 6 minutes.
Practice:
