Introduction: | To engage the class to let them known the header and footer is a requirement for most but all APA documents being made for class assignment and jobs.Outline of the topic being covered and explain the steps to complete the topic. |
Development: | Showing each step on power point and explaining the process. Showing Step 1: Opening of Microsoft word. Step 2: Opening a blank page Step 3: Click on the insert tab Step 4 : Click on header Step 5: Select Grid Step 6: Add the document title and date where need Step 7: Click Footer Step 8: Select Grid Step 9: Add to Footer Step 10: Close header and Footer to save and display Step 11: Add more pages to view the saved header and Footer. |
Practice: | Step by step process to show the class how to create a header and footer on Microsoft word guide by me using the power point lesson. |
Accommodations: | Use of the existing software for visually and hearing impaired students as need. Access is available to student with special needs. |
