 shapes of chords, rhythm, lyrics, pitch, strum and sing at the same time.
Goals:
 Produce a song that can be recognized.
Objectives:
 Produce twinkle twinkle little star, so that an audience will recognize it with 20 minutes of practice.
Materials:
 classroom set of ukeleles flip chart and permanent marker to write lyrics and chords. Smartphone to use as a recording and playback device.
Introduction:
 How green are you ... to the tune of Auld Lang Syn.
Development:
 Show chord forms starting with C and getting them to strum on the beat. Then add G. Switch back and forth.Get them to do F on its own for quite a while.Alternate between f and g, Add c alternate between f and c and f and g for a while.
Practice:
 Learn twinkle twinkle.

 autotab, slower, help form chords hand over hand
