Content:
 proper set of weights, arms, legs, chest and back exercise machines, weight bars.
Goals:
 Get proper knowledge on using gym equipment to achieve body goals
Objectives:
 Including High-intensity interval training (HIIT), learn cardio exercise techniques to burn fat, lift weights to gain muscle.
Materials:
 Proper set of weights enough for all the trainees, belts, wristbands and gloves for safety and better grip.
Introduction:
 Learning the difference between cardio and muscle training and using the required equipment for focused area of training.
Development:
 Starting up the warm up exercise and stretching for arms, back, chest and legs to avoid muscle/ligament tear.
Practice:
 Starting up with 10 minutes treadmill walking including 5 sprints(1 minute each).
Accommodations:
 Personal trainers for beginners to teach proper form while performing exercises, medical health support.
Checking For Understanding:
 Test trainees on their knowledge to use proper techniques and using gym equipment to perform exercise.
Closure:
 Trainees know how to use proper techniques and perform exercises with help of proper gym equipment.
