Materials: | Proper set of weights enough for all the trainees, belts, wristbands and gloves for safety and better grip. |
Introduction: | Learning the difference between cardio and muscle training and using the required equipment for focused area of training. |
Development: | Starting up the warm up exercise and stretching for arms, back, chest and legs to avoid muscle/ligament tear. |
Practice: | Starting up with 10 minutes treadmill walking including 5 sprints(1 minute each). |
Accommodations: | Personal trainers for beginners to teach proper form while performing exercises, medical health support. |
Checking For Understanding: | Test trainees on their knowledge to use proper techniques and using gym equipment to perform exercise. |
Closure: | Trainees know how to use proper techniques and perform exercises with help of proper gym equipment. |
