Development: | Perform proper arms, chest, back and leg stretching exercises to warmup the body. |
Practice: | Starting with 10 minutes of treadmill running with 5 sprints(1 minute each) |
Accommodations: | Personal trainers are available for the beginners and proper safety staff for medical help. |
Checking For Understanding: | conduct several tests for trainees to know their knowledge on using the gym equipment |
