 proper set of weights, different exercise machines for arms, legs and other body parts.
Goals:
 Achieve the perfect body with lean muscle and low body fat percentage.
Objectives:
 Completion of High-intensity interval training(HIIT) for fat loss. Lifting weights and completing proper sets with good rep count.
Materials:
 Proper safety belts for back support, wrist bands and gloves for better grip,
Introduction:
 choosing the right warmup exercises and stretching techniques before starting a workout.
Development:
 Perform proper arms, chest, back and leg stretching exercises to warmup the body.
Practice:
 Starting with 10 minutes of treadmill running with 5 sprints(1 minute each)
Accommodations:
 Personal trainers are available for the beginners and proper safety staff for medical help.
Checking For Understanding:
 conduct several tests for trainees to know their knowledge on using the gym equipment
Closure:
 Trainees are following proper techniques to use gym equipment for achieving their body goals.
