 - Getting them comfortable using computers - Getting them comfortable using Microsoft Excel - Merging cells together

 -Computer with Windows
Introduction:
 - Introduce myself - resent the topic and try to make it interesting - Discuss the significance of using this feature
Development:
 - Demonstrate how to use the feature and all the different ways you can use it
Practice:
 - Demonstrate how the properly use the feature and how it is helpful together as a class

Checking For Understanding:
 Asking the students to format a given excel spreadsheet. Make it look more professional
Closure:
 - Remind them the significance of using the feature - Go over everything that was learned and show them again where to find the feature
