Materials:
 Word document containing the letter. Database containing the recipient's information.
Introduction:
 Imagine being asked to mail personalised letters to 500 customers. Should we decide to change the name and address of every every letter before printing, how long will it take? It will probably take hours. Now imagine that you posses an Excel file with the name and address of every customer. By using the Mail Merge feature of Microsoft Word, we can complete the task in minutes.
Development:
 Create the "master" letter, leaving space to add the Address Block and the greeting line. "Merge" the database (Excel file) with the master letter Create an address block Create a greeting line
