 Create an inspiring workout atmosphere. Do workout 1 hour/day for five days/week.
Materials:
 Membership of good gym where all the stuff is in good and working condition.
Introduction:
 Start with light weighted bars to warm up your body.
Development:
 Split your exercise in 3 sets and 6-8 reps range in each set. Try to increase the weight in each set.
Practice:
 Beginners should start exercise with light weight to maintain the correct form and prevent any injuries.
Accommodations:
 Give time to yourself and have some patience to get the results. Be focused.
Checking For Understanding:
 Ask someone experienced person in the gym if you are doing workout in right form.

 By working out on daily basis you can achieve your goal to be attractive and healthy person.
