Objectives:
 Use word features in mailing function, to sort a list over several fields, , use same format for every field
Materials:
 Microsoft Word and Excel
Introduction:
 To send mail to multiple employees for meeting confirmation.
Development:
 To develop communication skills using Microsoft word.Demonstrate mailing function and merge fields in the word document.
Practice:
 It will not be monitored by anyone because if user take wrong merge fields or arrange wrong format than it will send mails to recipients with faults.
Accommodations:
 If we want to change address for different persons than we have to set merge field for address.
