Goals:
 Students will learn to spell the selected words. They will answers the questions that go along with the story.
Objectives:
 They will read the story in small groups. One personal will read a page and have it go around in a circle.
Materials:
 Books Spelling list Questions
Introduction:
 Teaching the students main point of the story, learning to stop at punctuations, and take breathes.
Development:
 I will first introduce the story, i will tell them what the story is called. I then will tell them that they will sit in a certain number group where they will read to each other and practice learning to pause and taking breathe when reading a story.
Practice:
 I will walk around the room and spend sometime with each groups to make sure they are using the proper skills while reading.
Accommodations:
 they will get to write their own stories
Checking For Understanding:
 I will go around and ask each student what they thought about the story and ask them different questions. They will take a test at the end of the week about the story.
Closure:
 Will have a discussin about the book.
Evaluation:
 They will get to write their own story.

 I felt the students really enjoyed this story. They also enjoyed sitting together and working together on the assignment.
