Objectives: | 1. Recognize the past simple of verb "to be" i.e. was and were. 2. Determine the past simple of "have" i.e. had. 3. Identify the past simple of "can" i.e. could. 4. Apply the last items in answering exercises like filling in gaps in dialogues, etc.. 5. Employ the same items to fill in missing parts in tables. 6. Apply the prepositions of place (in front of, opposite, next to, on and between). |
