Ask students why they think it would be important to know how to find this information. Pass the food labels and worksheets out. Have students practice finding the information asked for on the worksheet.

Sample worksheet:

1. What is the serving size?

2. What percentage of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C does this food contain?

3. What is the main ingredient?
