Content:
 Team work Following instructions
Goals:
 Students will understand the meaning of team work. Students will improve their cardiovascular system by participating in this activity.
Objectives:
 Pick two children to be "sharks." Stand them in the middle of the gym. Next, have the rest of the children stand on one side of the gym. The object of the game is for the "minnows" to get across the gym without getting caught by the sharks. If a minnow is caught, then it becomes a shark. The last one to get caught is the winner!
Materials:
 4 cones. A pair of cones are placed on either ends to be marked as the line or boundary.
Introduction:
 Prior to the activity, students are to be participating in several basic stretches to ensure flexibility. Students will demonstrate knowledge of physcial fitness concepts, principles, and strategies to improve heatlh and performance. Diverse learners are encouraged to observe their peers in this activities so they know what to do. Teacher will be there to assist anyone who may have trouble performing these stretch exercises.
Development:
 The instructor will demonstrate the game to the students both orally and physcially to cover the whole scope of learners, including diverse learners. The instructor will also explain and point out where the boundaries are located so the game field can be well managed.
Practice:
 A few practice will be started off so all students will understand the game. The actual game follows when all students feel that they can play the game.
Accommodations:
 Instructions will be given orally and through physical demonstration. Students are highly encouraged to explain the rules of the game to English Learners students.
Checking For Understanding:
 Teacher will observe the game in order to determine the understanding that students have for the game. Every students, including diverse learners, are highly encouraged to ask any questions if they do not understand something.
Closure:
 Teacher will go over some of the basic concepts of team work, physical endurance, and cardiovascular system.
Evaluation:
 Students will be evaluated upon how effectively they follow instructions and perform their duties in the game play. This evaluation will not be limited to only this particular game but also other games as well. Teacher will hold a feedback session where all students get the chance to express how they feel, what the learn, and how this activity will improve their health. These sessions will always take place 5-7 minutes before going back to class.
Teacher Reflections:
 The feedback from the students is the important part of the teacher's reflections. Teacher will record his observation and reflect upon it after several sessions of physical activity.
