One day a boy decided to join a baseball team. His dad said that he would coach his son's team. The boy's dad got a little carried away on winning. So the boy thought that he wasn't good enough. So he tried to sit out as much as he could. But everybody had to bat and it was the last inning in the final game in the end year tournament. All bases were loaded and there was two out. The first pitch he swung. He missed it. It was a strike. The second pitch was the same thing. Another strike. But on the third pitch he hit it. It was a home run, his first one ever! When he got in his team's dugout everybody on his team was cheering even the best player that always got home runs was cheering. And then he knew his dad was very proud of him because his dad pushed the boy so hard that is how he got the home run.
