Introduction:  
  Eating healthy can greatly benefit any individual. Having proper nutrition will provide you with enough energy to feel physically active and help you perform various physical activities. Eating the right foods can help ease stress, which causes a healthier lifestyle by allowing you to properly complete your daily activities and routines.
Task:  
  Create an ideal diet plan for one day.

- Find a diet that suits your lifestyle and contributes to increasing health.

- Think of what a reasonable amount of calories consumed in a day is and how many calories you yourself should consume.

- Write out a detailed plan of the foods you would eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as any snacks in between

- Lastly,
Process:  
  Think about the types of foods you eat and whether or not they assist in giving you a healthy lifestyle.

List some of your favorite foods and some foods that you eat often

Find out how many calories are in some of your favorite foods and identify whether or not there are too many, too little, or just the right amount of calories

Look for replacement food items for the foods you often eat that have too many calories

Now you will have an idea of how much food and what type of food you should eat in a typical day.

Start to list out the ideal diet plan you would follow for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for one day.
