  4. EvNet: The Network for the Evaluation of Education and Training Technologies- How to evaluate distance education, online learning, computer-mediated education,. Also, assessment and research.
  5. ISTE - International Society for Technology in Education- Quality information on professional development, standards-based projects, teacher resources, and research projects.
  6. NAEB- National Association for Educational Buyer's- Provides a forum where campus purchasing professionals share valuable insight.
  7. North Central Regional Educational Laboratory- NCREL covers Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin and concentrates their activity on educational applications of technology to improve learning. Site includes research, evaluation, and assessment resources.
  8. Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory- Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory serves the Northwest states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Site includes assessment and program evaluation resources.
  9. The Sapio Institute- An independent, private, non-profit research and professional development institution that studies and evaluates effects and effectiveness of interactive learning.
  10. WestEd- WestEd is the regional education laboratory for Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. Site includes information on their work in "Technology in Education" and in "Evaluation Research."
  11. World Bank Institute- WBI is part of the World Bank Group. Site includes reports from both their Distance Learning and their Evaluation Units.
