Default Equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity for childminding practice

Hi, I am a student teacher (teaching 16+) as well as a tutor also delivering short courses for continuing professional development of Early Years' practitioners. I have recently designed and delivered an ENCO (Equalities Named Co-ordinator) course to practitioners working in nurseries and pre-schools. I have now been asked to consider a similar course for home based childcarers i.e. childminders. I would welcome any advice or views on what specific content would be most useful to these practitioners or how the course should be structured if you have been involved in a similar project? Thank you so much kjs
