assignment books

I am having parents sign assignment books this year and am making a separate section for it. Should I title it parent signature? What happens if it is a guardian the child lives with? Should I write parent/guardian signature? Seems like a lot, what do you think?

I would definitely put parent/gaurdian signature. I grew up in a hilariously liberal, yet overly PC city and I think these days you just have to go with it! ;)
