I have found some sites online for inspirational quotes on posters, however I was wondering if anybody knew of any good websites that have speedy delivery. I really would like to incorporate these into my classroom!

I don't know of any web-sites, but I like using a poster of Rosie the Riviter. At the begining of the year I give a brief talk on how she accoumplished a task that required great strength. Then I tell my students that this year they will be like Rosie-except they will be using great mental strength. Rosie graces the classroom wall, reminding everyone that "You can do it".

Hope this help...http://p-rposters.com/. Not sure what your looking for. You might want to create a weeks curriculum around that very topic. My science class had to research people in science who made great discoveries with little or no recognition or defeated great adversities. I did mine on Rosalind Franklin. You can have them provide a picture of the person with a footnote of their accomplishment, why it was important, and what the adversity was. Post them up around the classroom for the year as a reminder of how great people can be. The kids will get more out of it than you think.
