Attendance Program

I have to take attendance every hour next year. Does any one know a ccomputer program that could make my life a little easier? Preferably, FREE. Many Thanks, Mary.

May be a dumb question, but did you try using MS Excel? I keep all my attendance and grading with that.

One way that has worked for me is having the students sign in a binder every morning. I make my class roster on Excel or Word (with a table) and every morning each child is responsible for signing in. It takes away the hassle of having to take time and call each students name. This works for me and I teach 1st grade.
