I am a Grade 2 teacher from Paterson, NJ, who has authored a book that lists more than 2000 educational Internet sites for Pre K – Grade 8 students and teachers. It's not your typical book, as it more than mentions a site like ABC Teach.
The book breaks down content by grade level and subject. So if you're looking for Grade 6 algebra sites or Kindergarten phonics sites you'll find them. Moreover, the book features thumbnail sketches next to each site, as well as listings of such unusual sites as special needs and character education.
Better yet, I offer free updates for 12 months to book buyers. Thus far ,they include new subjects like Fine Arts, Classical Music and Mythology. I'd like to send you an attachment, but first visit Yahoo Group to see what the book is like. It was featured in NEA Today, as well as several NJ papers.
