Hina -- no offense -- but one of the ways to improve the quality of education for your students is to be a more effective teacher.

What we many times forget is that some of these posts are written by teachers who have not mastered the English language or know very little, if any at all, English. I suspect that Hina is from India or Pakistan perhaps and is trying to communicate as best she can.
