Phail #2 - you have no clue what to do with said boy. It's no wonder he thinks that it is acceptable to lie.

i recently had to deal with the same thing my child was not allowed to watch tv or do computer during the week (but if its really bad not even on weekends) until thier grades were up that pretty much was the whole school year but they learned there lesson!!!
