Hi everyone...I am currently an instructional aid and I went on an interview for a 3rd grade position...The first interview went really well and i was called in for a 2nd interview yesterday and now i have to do a Demo lesson...
I am looking for some advice on creating a demo lesson for subtracing with zeros and regrouping...I'm not sure how I can create an outstanding lesson in 40mins --- i would really appreciate any help on how to approach this and make it a great lesson to get the job!!!:)
