Although the blog is entertaining, it doesn't prove or disprove God existence. As for the little comment aimed at Intelligent Design kinda lame isn't it? That argument has been kicked around before. The idea that life is just too complex to have happened 'by accident' just doesn't hold water. I think the main reason is the way humans think. Have you said, or overheard anyone else say "Gee I'm glad I wasn't born in a third world country?" (aka Cleveland) It's a fairly common expression, yet it wrong on so many levels. One, you were born you. You could not have been born as anyone else... or else you wouldn't be you! The fact that you were born in the first place is a 'miracle'. Ignoring cloning, to make YOU would be a challenging task. Select the correct egg from your mother, and the correct sperm cell from your father. Put them together at the correct time and there you go! Your YOU. What sort of calculations would you have to do to get that answer? We tend to look at things from the wrong end of the telescope.
Evolution isn't just 'Chance'. It's chance with rules. Like math, that has rules, Evolution has rules too, and those 'rules' are the guidelines for the 'chance' events. As to whether God exists or doesn't exist (personally I believe God does exist) trying to PROVE God's existence and put God (aka Creationism/Intelligent Design) in the class room does a dis-service to both God and the students. Students need to understand the fundamentals of science, that it is experiment and verification. Students do not need pseudo science that can not be experimental or lacks the ability of verification. Keep God in Church, Science in the Classroom.
