I am a post-secondary educator who is designing a project for online professional development specifically for secondary teachers. I was hoping I could get some feedback. What do you like/dislike about the professional development activities that you have participated in? What do you think should be done differently? Would you use an online system that provides only one strategy at a time (you can choose from about 30 so you pick what works for you) with no right or wrong quiz at the end but a series of questions about your students and your practices throughout the learning session? You would be asked to apply the strategy and recieve professional development credit at the end of the learning session. Please indicate what state you are in, the content area(s) you teach and your years of experience. Thank you ahead of time for contributing.
