dealing with sexual harassement

Hello, i am new to this forum and i have a question. Do any of u have to deal with sexual harassement or stuff like that. I am teaching at a public school and have some problems with it. How do you deal with it?

Document, document, document.
If there are witnesses, document what they saw/heard as well.
Ask the individual who is harrassing you to stop. Do not ask him/her a second time. Go immediately to your superiors. Good luck to you.
