Need Software for algebra/prealgebra

I am looking for titles of software that teach pre-algebra or algebra concepts. Any suggestions? Is anyone familiar with DimensionM by Tabula Digita? I am doing research for a grad class. Thanks in advance.

As a math teacher assistant in college, I usually prepare the content for math exams or math test, but unfortunately when I need to compile the tests online with some educational software, most math symbols cannot be displayed properly online. I find a software called Respondus (http://www.respondus.com/products/respondus.shtml) and caught up an related press (http://www.sameshow.com/blog/2008/04/16/get-ready-to-add-and-edit-mathematical-symbols-in-online-assessments-for-a-knowledge-level-up.html), and I know maybe the MathType (http://www.dessci.com/mathtype/)'s equation editor seems the most professional one. Which one do I need? Anyone have suggestions?
