Can I take the entire ENG 4U course for summer school and graduate this year? I can not take this during the school year.

This decision is entirely in the hands of your school district (or, if you are a college student, your college). If you take the English course in summer school, you may or may not be allowed to graduate with your classmates in the Spring. Regardless, you need to talk with your academic advisor NOW! That is the best person to give you advice on this.

One option is to take the course by correspondence. There are a number of good correspondence programs for both high school and college students. Almost all of them offer a Senior English course. You will need to work for two semesters to complete a full year curriculum unless you take two unrelated semester courses at the same time. You might want to check with your academic advisor on this to see if the school will transferthe credit from a correspondence course. Also your school might be willing to pay for the course if it is a scheduling problem that is preventing you from taking a course which you need for graduation.
