For this question, look at the identities of csc and cot. That is, rewrite the question as
4 (1/sin(3n/4) - (1/tan(-n/4))
=4(1/sin(3n/5) - (1/(sin(-n/4)/cos(-n/4))
=4(1/sin(3n/5) - (cos(-n/4)/sin(-n/4))
= . . .

(n = pi)
