I am going to be a new coming up this fall and I was wondering what technology should I integrate into my lessons?

I saw your post and many different things came to mind. Get yourself a large format projector, video monitor, or big screen TV and a decent computer (1 mghz will do). There are many programs out there you can use. Powerpoint or something like it (there are FREE program suites out there that do the same thing). Streaming video sites (UnitedLearning.com) are good and provide a wealth of Videos and supplemental materials fairly cheap ($200 a year for a single membership). My state (SC) has purchased the service for the entire state but my school had it last year ($1500 for the entire school) and I would have purchased it for myself had the state not bought it for us. Anyway, you can use student marker boards (my personal favorite) and I have seen these in various incarnations (from cheap to REALLY cheap versions). I also use software called QWIZDOM which is excellent (Qwizdom.com for details). A bit pricey but worth the $$ (write a grant). United learning has also got the ability for students to go online and take tests (they email the results to you). See my website JFURR.com for more and links. And websites are great too (I have 2 on Teach-nology.com). They are easy to do and informative for your students.
