Outdoor Activities

Anyone have any good outdoor activities, for 6-7 graders, that can be used during a Graphing and Stastics unit?
I have an idea using the cars in the parking lot, but need more..:D

So many of people are deiced to camping but they don't know which play they have to choose are where they are to fix and they can't guess how much happened for that places for this type of peoples here is an excellent opportunity.
