Hi everyone
I just found this site...I have no idea how but I have saved it.

I have just started student teaching in the 2nd grade. What a great age!!

I am hoping to get lots of ideas from here.

The one thing Im wondering is how do you assess your students the majority of the time? Do you use rubrics? Have them take tests?

I usually use rubrics most of the day with my 2nd graders. I have other formal assessments through the week, but the rubrics keep my kids on task.
