As part of a project to help recruit and retain new special education teachers, I have been involved in creating a multimedia module called "Transitioning to Special Education Teaching (http://www.uic.edu/orgs/stepup/module)." The module includes interviews with practicing teachers, video and photos from classrooms, and sample worksheets and lesson plans.
