Have you looked at things like Market Math, Department Store Math, Survial Word Programs? This is what I would be working on. The students need lessons that teach them how to live in the real world. Landury, Cleaning, Calling a cab or getting a ride, asking for help, skills to keep a job, how to pay bills, ect.
Hi.
Have you searched on www.EverythingAboutLearning.com for life skills?
They'll have a ton of resources I'm sure!

Hello,
I am teaching resource math and multimedia in Texas at the Senior High School level (11th and 12th Graders). I currently use books published by AGS that are relevant and practical to living skills for math. Please check them out at ->http://www. agsglobe.com/group.asp?nGroupInfoID=a93408
Hope this helps in your journey in educating our youth identified as special ed., and destined to extraordinary citizens.
