My rural second grade classroom would like to do an exchange with an urban school and suburban school within the United States. We are in upstate New York.
I would like students to practice writing letters about our rural community and send them to our pen pals. We would like to learn from other 2nd grade students, about what life is like in urban and suburban communities. This is to help meet our state standards in a fun and meaningful way. Let's start soon. It would be a lot of fun for all involved!!
