The Cousteau Society and The Kohala Center in Kona, Hawaii are offering a week teacher's summer class in ocean studies. Participants live on the beach, snorkel, sea kayak and learn about the coral reef and ocean issues. This class is taught by Dr. Richard Murphy, head marine biologist for the Cousteau Society. Three hours graduate credit are available for $135.00 through Mesa State College. Two sessions are scheduled for July 10-16 and July 17-23.
