I have english students in South Korea that are looking for pen pals -- about 4th-7th grade levels... there are only about 10 students but if a class wants to share some of them that is fine, my kids are more than willing to write an extra letter and "meet new friends".

I know it might be too late. I had a pen pal class, but the other
teacher bailed on me last minute, and I already had my students write the
letters! Is anyone still looking for a pen pal class? I have 21
students and we are located in rural Iva, South Carolina. One student is
predominantly Spanish speaking, but I help him with his letter. My
letters are already finished and ready to be mailed. They even have
pictures of my students included. You could receive these and then begin
writing back! I'd like to swap letters every month through "snail mail."
