Hi everybody :)

I'm currently researching teachers' attitudes toward their students' way of speaking. My questionnaire is available online at http://kosten.homedns.org/ . Maybe a few of you would like to volunteer? I'd happily present my results here later on, in case anybody is interested :)

Thanks a lot!

I just wanted to thank all those who participated in my study. A total of 109 individuals helped me with my research. The questionnaire will stay online for an additional day or two, and then I will start to analyze the data.

Thank you!

Some time ago, I posted a link to a questionnaire here and asked for your support in my research project. I would like to thank all those who took the time to fill it out.
For all those who are interested in the results of this study, here is a link where a PDF-document summarizing them can be downloaded: http://www.judith.buendgens-kosten.de/e_texte.html.

Again: Thank you all very much, and a happy new year!

Is this a joke? Let me see if I can contribute to taking language seriously.

Well, coming from a future teacher I feel it is our responsibility to teach the children how to speak proper English. That means correcting the child when necessary. It is very important to the child's future and to the future of this countrythat teachers take language and speaking seriously.
