Need help with Physical education lesson

Hi, I'm a high school student supposed to base a one-hour lesson on an original team sport. I'm considering options like lacrosse or "muggle quidditch", but would appreciate any suggestions.

If you have any experience in these kinds of sports please give me a hand!!!
