sweets only make things worse. My team members and I have a behavior sheet that the student that's misbehaving has to fill out. After it's complete the teacher can add her comment. These are filed. When we have parent conferences we show the parents the sheets. Once students know we will show this to their parents behavior problems have decreased.

I agree. Especially, if you are dealing with hyperactive students. This will only make matters worst. Not better. Mrs. Grigler

Sorry that I did not view this earlier, however it can always be used as and alternate plan. The first task is to identify the cause for the misbehaving. This can be anything form the child being tired, hungry or ill to feeling hurt and looking for revenge. A great resource is the Parent Institute for Quality Education and the web site is www.piqe.org . Look for the information on Positive Disciple which should help. If you are not successful, you may contact them @ 858-483-4499.

That wont make nothing better it will only make things worse kids love any kind of candy so if you give them candy to freak them out theyll be like this crazy woman just gave me candy so lets keep being bad to get more and that kid might go and tell his other friends and they will be bad just to get candy then you have a class full of wild kids.
