Assuming that a textbook is grade level.

I don't care if the publisher has placed the standard in the margin next to the problem statement, that doesn't mean the problem is even close to being grade level.

I have yet to see a science textbook that was truly aligned to state content standards. Few math books are aligned either. My ELA colleagues say the same about their textbooks. (Not sure about history.)

Oh, if the assignment was found on the web, you can almost bet that it does not correspond to state content standards.

Schools are not being fair if they are allowing teaching of levels which are
too low, and passing them along as grade level teaching.

Come on now. That is deceitful. These children are there to get a full education. Not a watered down education.

We are not rising up and speaking against the injustices done to our
children in the schools if we allow school boards not to prepare our students for their proper, math skills, or educational needs.

Come on people rise up and speak to the proper people to get changes done for our students, they dont know what is going on. Be the voice for them.

These students need proper learning to succeed if anyone over the years messes it up for them they should be ashamed of themself.

The students are counting on the professional teachers, and staff to help them learn new and exciting levels of learning every year.

Lets not hold them back unnecciarily. Lets not wound their emotions over not being as qualified as their peers they all have diffrent giftings. Lets help them celebrate the gifts they do have.

We are the teacher, the role model. Act like it please. Your job is not an easy one, you should make everyone feel they can make it through the grade level.
