CA Stull Bill

Hi - I'm a new teacher facing my first stull bill creation. However, I am in a non-traditional teaching situation, namely servicing children recovering from illness/surgery/etc, teaching them at bedside in the hospital. I cover K-12, all subjects. So, the traditional classroom lesson, etc., type of eval will not work for me. I have some ideas and such, but would appreciate any feedback on others.
