4th grade pen pals wanted

My fourth grade class is looking for pen pals somewhere in the US. There are 26 of us. We are from Benkelman, Nebraska and would like to write to any class as a practice in writing friendly letters. It would be nice to exchange with you several times over the course of the next few months.

I start the school year next Thursday, Aug. 28, and have a roster of 30 students in
Fullerton, CA (Orange County). I've had 3-4 penpal classes before and the kids really get a lot
out of experiencing a new long distance friend.

I do snail mail because I can monitor the content. It gives the students excellent writing experience
and they improve their writing when they have a purpose and audience. Throughtout the year we can structure the topics if we wish or create little projects - it's up to you. I have a lot of other things
going on so exchanging letters every 4-6 weeks will keep us busy.
